Refund and Returns Policy

At Cleopatra Beauty, your safety and satisfaction are important to us. Because all our products are imported, sealed and classified as personal‑use beauty items, we maintain strict hygiene standards. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

We only offer support in cases where an item arrives damaged during courier delivery. In such situations, customers may request a replacement by emailing info@cleopatrabeauty.co.za within 24 hours of receiving their order.

Refunds are only issued if a product is damaged on arrival and a replacement is not available.

Before using any beauty or skincare product, customers must complete a patch test. Cleopatra Beauty is not responsible for any skin reactions, allergies, or damages resulting from product use, misuse, or sensitivity to ingredients.

By purchasing from Cleopatra Beauty, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, including our policies on returns, refunds, replacements, and product usage.


Returns Policy

Due to hygiene, safety and product‑handling standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

All products sold by Cleopatra Beauty are imported, sealed and classified as personal‑use items. For this reason, returns and exchanges are strictly not allowed.

The only exception is courier‑damaged items.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@cleopatrabeauty.co.za
  • We will arrange a replacement for the damaged item

No returns will be accepted for:

Allergic reactions (see patch test section below)

Opened products

Used products

Products damaged after delivery

Change of mind


Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered if:

  • The product arrives damaged, and
  • A replacement is not available

If a replacement is available, it will be sent instead of a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Items not reported within 24 hours of delivery

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect usage

Allergic reactions

Products damaged after delivery


Patch Test & Product Use

All beauty and skincare products may react differently depending on individual skin types.

Before using any product:

✔ A patch test must be completed

Apply a small amount to your inner arm and wait 24 hours.

By purchasing from Cleopatra Beauty, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for performing a patch test
  • You will discontinue use if irritation occurs
  • Cleopatra Beauty is not responsible for any skin reactions, allergies, or damages resulting from product use

Courier Damage

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the outer packaging
  2. Take photos of the damaged product
  3. Email everything to info@cleopatrabeauty.co.za within 24 hours

We will assist with a replacement based on the courier’s damage assessment.


No Responsibility for Misuse

Cleopatra Beauty is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect application of products
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Allergic reactions
  • Damages caused after delivery
  • Sensitivity to ingredients

Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for their skin and needs.


Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from Cleopatra Beauty, you agree to the following:

  • All sales are final
  • No returns or exchanges
  • Refunds only for courier‑damaged items
  • Patch test must be completed before use
  • Cleopatra Beauty is not liable for skin reactions or misuse

  • Courier delays are outside our control
  • Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours
